Announcing Azure DevOps Support

Baz now supports Azure DevOps.

Teams running on Azure Repos can connect their organization to Baz through Microsoft OAuth and get the same agentic review workflows Baz already runs on GitHub: correctness, styling, and security agents reviewing every pull request, work item context pulled in automatically, and review comments posted straight back to Azure DevOps.

Connection is admin-scoped from the start. An admin authorizes Baz, then chooses exactly which projects and repositories Baz can see, project by project, instead of granting access to the whole organization at once. Webhooks stay in sync with that selection automatically, so nothing has to be managed by hand in Azure DevOps as repositories are added or removed.
