Founding Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated AE to join our fast-growing startup and oversee all aspects of the company’s sales activity.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead our go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of global sales strategies, identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and R&D teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and product innovation.
  • Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving landscape of AI in software development.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (5+ years) in a SaaS sales role, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Engineering or pre-sales background in AI/ML.
  • Deep understanding of AI fundamentals, from neural networks to large language models.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI coding platforms, including direct usage and API integration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the sales processes.
  • Genuine interest in AI and its application in practical tools.
