Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and lead our go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth.
- Contribute to the development and execution of global sales strategies, identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
- Partner with product, marketing, and R&D teams to align sales efforts with customer needs and product innovation.
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving landscape of AI in software development.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (5+ years) in a SaaS sales role, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Engineering or pre-sales background in AI/ML.
- Deep understanding of AI fundamentals, from neural networks to large language models.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI coding platforms, including direct usage and API integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the sales processes.
- Genuine interest in AI and its application in practical tools.
